The "Technical Regulations for Urban Drainage Pipe Network System Diagnosis" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), compiled jointly by the China Institute of Municipal Engineering and North China Design and Research Institute and the Yangtze River Ecological Environmental Protection Group, with the coordination of the China Town Water Supply and Drainage Association and the participation of many units such as Hubei Qirun Ecological Construction Co., Ltd., has been officially implemented recently. The formulation of the "Regulations" fills the technical gap in China in the diagnosis of urban drainage pipe network systems, clarifies the content, methods, and procedures of diagnosis, and provides a scientific basis for the maintenance and management of drainage pipe networks across the country. Main contents: The "Regulations" cover the basic requirements, diagnostic methods, data acquisition and processing, and diagnostic result evaluation of urban drainage pipe network system diagnosis.
